Terms of Service 

Amber Denise Photography LLC

By booking or purchasing services from Amber Denise Photography LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Services
Amber Denise Photography LLC provides professional photography services, including sessions, digital images, and related products as agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Payment
Full payment or a non-refundable retainer may be required to secure your booking. No session date is guaranteed until payment is received.

3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Amber Denise Photography LLC does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

4. Credit Policy
If a session must be canceled or rescheduled, a credit may be issued at our discretion, valid for 30 days from the original session date. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

5. Rescheduling
Clients must provide reasonable notice for rescheduling. Failure to appear or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of any payments or credits.

6. Delivery
Digital images and products will be delivered within the timeframe provided at booking. Delivery times may vary based on workload and editing requirements.

7. Creative Rights

Amber Denise Photography LLC retains full creative control over all images, including editing style, composition, and final delivery selections.

8. Copyright & Usage

All images are the intellectual property of Amber Denise Photography LLC. Clients receive a personal-use license only. Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to the amount paid. We are not responsible for factors beyond our control, including weather, location conditions, or client cooperation.

10. Agreement

By booking services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
