Refund Policy

All photography services, session fees, retainers, and digital products are non-refundable.

If a session must be canceled or rescheduled, a store credit may be issued at the discretion of Amber Denise Photography LLC, provided at least 48 hours notice is given. Any approved credit is valid for 30 days from the original session date, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice and no-shows will not qualify for store credit, and all payments will be forfeited.

Due to the nature of photography, all digital images and delivered products are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

By booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.
